Is AI automation worth it for small companies?
Yes, often especially so: a single automated routine such as invoice capture saves noticeable time in small teams. We deliberately start with a manageable pilot.
Is our data safe in AI applications?
We settle that before the start: which data flows where, which provider or self-hosted model is an option, what the data processing agreement looks like. Hosting in Germany is our default.
Which processes are good candidates to begin with?
Recurring tasks with clear rules and many documents or messages: inbox, invoices, orders, forms, reporting. In the workshop we evaluate your candidates together.
How reliable is the AI?
We measure that in the pilot with your real data. For uncertain cases we build in approval steps so nothing goes out unchecked.
Do we have to switch our software?
