Software that fits your workflows, not the other way around.
Off-the-shelf software covers eighty percent. The remaining twenty cost your team time every day: spreadsheet workarounds, double entry, systems that don't talk to each other. We build custom software for companies that closes exactly that gap: web apps, internal tools, platforms and integrations, cleanly built and documented.
What you get
Tailored, not compromised
The software mirrors your process, not an anonymous average customer's. Every feature has a reason, and no unnecessary one slows your team down.
Proven in live operation
We build our own products that run daily under real-time conditions, including software for live productions. That discipline goes into every client project.
Your code, your control
You receive a documented codebase in modern, widely used technologies. No vendor lock-in, no black box only we can maintain.
Step by step, not big bang
We start with the core that delivers value immediately and expand in short cycles. You see results early and steer the direction.
What we build
From an internal tool for five people to a platform for your customers, with web technology that runs everywhere.
- Web applications with login, roles and permissions
- Internal tools: dashboards, admin interfaces, planning and approval workflows
- Customer and partner portals with self-service features
- Platforms with booking, calendars, video or media content
- Integrations (REST, webhooks) with ERP, CRM, accounting and third-party systems
- Database design, data migration and reporting
- Native Mac and iOS apps in Swift when the browser isn't enough
- Replacing spreadsheet and legacy solutions with maintainable systems
- Operations, monitoring and ongoing development after launch
From problem to running software
We don't start with technology, we start with your workflow. Only once it's clear what the software must do, we decide how.
Understand the process
In the intro call and a short workshop we map your current process: who does what, with which tools, and where it gets stuck.
Solution design
From that we create a concept with data model, interface sketches and a prioritized feature scope, including timeline and budget.
Build the core
We develop the part that solves the biggest bottleneck first. Within a few weeks your team is working with a first version.
Extend & integrate
More features, integrations with existing systems, refinements based on real user feedback, in predictable iterations.
Handover & operations
Documentation, training, hosting in Germany. Then ongoing operation and development by us or your own team.
Technology that lasts
We rely on widely used, well-maintained technologies so your software still finds developers five years from now.
- TypeScript & React
- Interfaces that feel like modern software, not like a form
- Next.js & Node.js
- Frontend and backend from one mold, server-rendered, API-ready
- PostgreSQL
- Robust relational storage for business data
- REST & webhooks
- Integration with ERP, CRM, accounting and third-party systems
- Swift (macOS / iOS)
- Native apps where hardware access or offline use matters
- Docker & hosting in Germany
- Reproducible deployment, monitoring, backups

Custom software FAQ
How much does custom software development cost?
It depends on feature scope and integrations. After the solution design you receive a proposal with a fixed scope; we almost always recommend starting with a lean core version.
How long does development take?
A first usable version of an internal tool is typically ready within a few weeks. Larger platforms are developed in stages, each delivering value on its own.
Who owns the code?
You do. You receive the complete, documented source code and can have any other team continue development at any time.
Can you integrate with our ERP or CRM?
Usually yes, through official APIs, exports or webhooks. We clarify which systems you use in the intro call.
What happens after launch?
If you like, we keep running the software, handle updates and monitoring and build new features, or hand over cleanly to your IT team.
Where is our data hosted?
By default on servers in Germany, GDPR-compliant. On request also in your own infrastructure.
Custom software is often eligible for grants.
For companies in Germany, federal and state digitalization and innovation programs subsidize the development of custom solutions. Once the concept is set, we check which program fits.
Which process costs you the most time right now?
Tell us about it in a free intro call. We'll tell you honestly whether custom software is the right answer, and what the first step looks like.
