2. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type). This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of operating the website securely and reliably.

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. For more information, please see Hetzner's privacy policy. Server log files are usually deleted automatically after a short time.

3. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally (self-hosted). No connections to servers of external font providers (e.g. Google Fonts) are established when you visit the website.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (name, email address and, where applicable, company, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).

5. Appointment booking (Microsoft Bookings / Teams)

For appointment booking, we link to Microsoft Bookings, a scheduling tool provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. The booking page is only loaded from Microsoft servers once you open the booking link; at that point, your IP address is transmitted to Microsoft. When you book an appointment, Microsoft processes the data you enter (name, email address, selected time slot and, where applicable, your request) to complete the booking and create a calendar invitation with a Microsoft Teams link.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request). For more information, please see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

6. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by statutory retention obligations.
